Jas Tylah
Coach Jas is the Founder and CEO of JTPC, bringing her passion for youth performance training and creative development into every aspect of the company. With a strong background across singing, songwriting, dance, acting, and music theatre, she combines industry experience with a deep commitment to student wellbeing and growth.Jas graduated from ShowFit in 2025, where she trained full-time in music theatre. She also holds a Certificate III in Music (2023) and a Certificate III in Business (2023), and is currently undertaking her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching & Management to further expand her teaching practice. Alongside her performance training, Jas has hands-on experience as a Drama Therapy Facilitator with Purple Playspace / Hart & Seek, where she supported young people through creative expression, emotional regulation, and confidence-building activities. This background strongly shapes her gentle, mindful, and student-centred coaching style at JTPC.As a coach, Jas is dedicated to helping young performers harness their performance power by developing artistry, mindset, and technique in a safe, uplifting environment. She strives to make every student feel seen, supported, and empowered to shine on and off the stage.

Angelique Steph
Coach Angelique is a vibrant senior coach with strong music theatre experience and a passion for nurturing young performers. She holds a Certificate III in Music and was invited to audition for the VCE Theatre Top Acts 2024, highlighting her talent and dedication.
In 2025, Angelique performed in Legally Blonde with Theatrical, appearing as part of the Delta Nu ensemble and the Margot understudy. Her performance background gives her valuable insight into technique, stagecraft, and professionalism.
Angelique is currently studying Dermal Science at Victoria University, bringing a holistic, wellbeing-focused approach to her coaching. Known for her positivity and supportive energy, she inspires students to grow their confidence and embrace their performance potential.

Nadia Leterme
Coach Nadia brings over 13 years of dance experience to JTPC. With strong technique and expressive performance skills, she brings passion, precision, and a hard work ethic into every class she assists.
Currently completing her final stage of junior coach training, Nadia is known for her clear communication, supportive energy, and genuine care for her students’ growth. She helps young dancers build confidence, improve their artistry, and feel proud of their progress.
Casual Relief Teacher
Molly Gleeson
,Molly Gleeson joins JTPC as a Casual Relief Teacher, bringing fresh energy and strong industry foundations. She has recently completed her first year of full-time training at ShowFit and will continue into her second year in 2026. Growing up in a highly creative family, with parents Simon and Natalie Gleeson, Molly has been surrounded by the performing arts her entire life. She brings extensive experience across theatre, music, and performance, along with a warm, supportive teaching style that helps students feel confident and inspired in every class she leads.
